The road often reminds me of where I am from and sometimes I still struggle with that perfectionism and pressure I grew up with back home in Europe. Not that I say it is a bad thing and my roots have definitely shaped myself and provided me with so many opportunities in life. Nevertheless I feel our western idea of competition and being better than the other leads to thoughts such as not being good enough, not working hard enough, not looking good enough, not spending enough and not acting as expected to. Thoughts that are most of the times not necessary, that make us feel insecure & uncomfortable and hinder us to enjoy that moment. This week opt for some changes that make you feel comfortable, do things that make you smile, trust yourself and light up some sparks that let you breathe again
